Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase & Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Garment, Textile, or Apparel industry.

The candidate will be responsible for purchase accounting, vendor coordination, accounts payable, invoice processing, GST/TDS-related activities, vendor reconciliation, and maintaining accounting records using Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle purchase invoices, purchase orders, GRNs, and delivery challans.
- Verify and record purchase invoices accurately.
- Pass purchase, expense, and vendor-related accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor payment processes.
- Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process Debit Notes, Credit Notes, purchase discounts, and rate differences.
- Handle GST input tax credit (ITC) accounting and reconciliation.
- Deduct and account for TDS as applicable.
- Maintain purchase registers, vendor ledgers, payment records, and supporting documents.
- Prepare vendor outstanding reports and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, Vendors, and Finance teams.
- Assist with monthly account closing, GST reconciliation, TDS-related activities, and statutory audits.




- Prepare basic MIS and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of purchase and accounting records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in Purchase & Accounts.
- Mandatory: Experience in Garment / Textile / Apparel industry.
- Robust knowledge of Purchase Accounting and Accounts Payable.
- Practical experience in Tally Prime.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in vendor reconciliation and vendor payments.
- Knowledge of Debit Notes, Credit Notes, and purchase adjustments.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
