* *Key Focus:* Day-to-day billing management, SAP system operations, advanced Excel maintenance, and handling commercial email correspondence in English.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Billing & SAP:* Generating, verifying, and processing invoices, delivery challans, and tax documents accurately within SAP; tracking ledgers and inventory alignment.

* *Excel Reporting:* Maintaining complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and preparing MIS reports.

* *Commercial Communication:* Drafting and responding to professional commercial emails with vendors, clients, and internal teams in English.

Candidate Requirements:

* *Experience:* 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in billing, data entry, or SAP operations (corporate/manufacturing/warehouse background preferred).

* *Technical Skills:* Solid working proficiency in *SAP* and advanced *MS Excel*.

* *Communication:* Good written and verbal English skills for business correspondence.
