- Manage day-to-day operations of the skin clinic.
- Lead and supervise reception, counsellors, therapists and other staff.
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups and clinic schedules.
- Handle patient enquiries and ensure excellent patient experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for the clinic.
- Convert leads and walk-in enquiries into consultations and treatments.
- Monitor treatment/package sales, daily collections and conversion rates.
- Follow up with leads, existing patients and potential customers.
- Motivate and guide the counselling team to improve sales performance.
- Promote suitable skin and aesthetic treatments/packages to patients.
- Coordinate with doctors and treatment staff for smooth patient flow.
- Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally.
- Maintain daily sales, appointment and performance reports.
- Monitor inventory of skincare products and clinic supplies.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, hygiene and qualified standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
