Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Operations for Kriya NextWealth Pvt Ltd Bangalore , with strong expertise in Catalogue Operations and Digital Commerce to lead end-to-end catalogue delivery, drive operational excellence, and build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep catalogue domain knowledge, strong people leadership skills, and experience managing SLA/KPI-driven operations. This role will also support AI-enabled catalogue operations and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

- 7–12 years of overall Operations experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Catalogue Operations or Digital Commerce.
- Experience in one or more of the following domains:

o eCommerce o Marketplace Operations o Catalogue Services o Product Content o Product Listing o Product Classification o Taxonomy Management o Content Moderation o Digital Retail Operations o Client Management o Stakeholders Management





- Experience managing Team Leaders, SMEs, and operational teams.
- Strong exposure to SLA/KPI-driven delivery environments.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- MBA (Preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Quality Certifications (Added Advantage)
