JOB DESCRIPTION – HVAC SITE ENGINEER (CHILLER)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site Engineer – Chiller to handle the installation, commissioning, testing, and supervision of chiller-based HVAC systems at project sites. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water piping, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage chiller HVAC installation and site execution.
- Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of chillers and chilled water systems.
- Supervise chilled water piping, pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and related HVAC equipment.
- Read and understand HVAC drawings, layouts, schematics, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, consultants, and other site teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedule.
- Check installation quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Prepare daily site reports, work progress reports, and material requirements.




- Coordinate material availability and site requirements with the concerned department.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the project site.
- Resolve technical issues and provide effective site-level solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Chiller HVAC systems.
- Good understanding of Chilled Water Piping & Pumping Systems.
- Knowledge of AHU, FCU, Cooling Tower, Pumps, Valves, and HVAC Controls.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC/MEP drawings.
- Positive knowledge of HVAC installation and commissioning procedures.
- Site coordination and team-handling skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and preparation of site reports.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC-related field.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant HVAC site experience.
- Experience specifically in Chiller Projects will be preferred.
- Candidates who can independently handle site execution and coordination will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
