- Attend and understand customer service requirements
- Prepare accurate job cards and service estimates
- Explain repair/service requirements and costs to customers
- Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of jobs
- Monitor vehicle service progress and keep customers updated
- Ensure proper vehicle inspection before delivery
- Explain completed work and billing details to customers
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Promote additional jobs, genuine spare parts and accessories
- Achieve assigned service revenue and customer satisfaction targets
- Maintain proper records in DMS/CRM
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,979.90 per month
