Job Description

- Review and audit BIM models, drawings, and project deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Check models for compliance with project standards, BIM guidelines, LOD requirements, and client specifications.
- Identify and report modeling errors, inconsistencies, clashes, and coordination issues.
- Perform quality checks on architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models.
- Review CD sets, 2D drawings, and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with BIM Modelers, Engineers, and Architects to resolve identified issues.
- Maintain QA checklists, review reports, and project quality documentation.
- Ensure deliverables meet required standards before final submission to the client.
- Support continuous improvement of BIM quality-control processes and standards.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in BIM Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
- Good knowledge of BIM workflows.
- Understanding of architectural, structural, and/or MEP disciplines.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, clash detection, and model coordination.
- Ability to identify modeling and documentation errors with robust attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
