Job Purpose

To act as the first point of contact for patients and ensure smooth registration, communication, and coordination while delivering a professional and patient-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)Patient Handling & Registration

- Greet patients and visitors politely
- Handle OPD/IPD registration
- Maintain accurate patient data entry in HIS
- Generate UHID / patient files

Call Handling & Appointments

- Attend incoming calls professionally
- Schedule doctor appointments
- Provide correct hospital information

Admission & Discharge Coordination

- Coordinate with billing, nursing, and TPA
- Assist in admission process
- Guide patients during discharge

Billing Support

- Assist in OPD billing and advance collection
- Maintain receipt records

Documentation

- Maintain front office registers




- Ensure proper file handling

Patient Experience

- Handle queries and complaints politely
- Ensure positive patient experience

Coordination

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing
- Ensure smooth patient flow
