About the Role

Tathastu BIM Pvt. Ltd. is seeking skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modelers specializing in Electrical and Fire Protection systems to join our growing team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with a robust understanding of electrical and low-voltage systems for commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, and data center projects.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining BIM models for Electrical and Fire Protection disciplines while ensuring compliance with project standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP for Electrical and Fire Protection systems.
- Create accurate 3D BIM models and detailed 2D construction drawings for:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection)
- Telecom & Communication Systems
- Grounding & Earthing Systems
- Power Distribution Systems
- Lighting Systems
- Supplemental Support Assemblies (SSA)
- Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
- Produce layouts, sections, schedules, shop drawings, and installation drawings from BIM models.
- Extract quantities, schedules, and project data to support procurement and project planning.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions, site conditions,



RFIs, and client feedback.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, families, and workflows in accordance with company and industry best practices.
- Manage model documentation, file organization, version control, and project deliverables.
- Participate in internal quality checks and ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing within the BIM team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

- Autodesk Revit MEP (Electrical & Fire Protection)
- Point Cloud Modeling
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks (Clash Detection & Coordination)
- Understanding of Electrical and Low-Voltage Systems
- Preparation of Shop Drawings and Construction Documentation

Preferred Skills

- DIALux for Lighting Design & Calculations
- Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, IEC, and relevant electrical/fire protection standards
- Experience working on Data Center, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, or Mission-Critical Facilities
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
