About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our kids’ clothing business and develop new customers and sales channels.

The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, confident in communication, proactive in finding customers, and comfortable with both online and offline sales activities.

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can generate leads, follow up with customers, convert enquiries into orders, and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new customers and business opportunities.
- Contact potential retailers, wholesalers, resellers, distributors and other relevant buyers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and existing customers.
- Convert enquiries into actual orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat orders.
- Promote our kids’ clothing products offline
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding product availability, pricing, orders and dispatch.
- Collect customer feedback and identify new market opportunities.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, enquiries and sales.
- Visit customers/markets when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing,



business development or apparel/textile sales preferred.
- Experience in kidswear, garments, textiles, retail, wholesale or fashion will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram and basic computer applications.
- Should be energetic, self-motivated and willing to make sales calls and follow up consistently.
- Must have a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Candidates who are genuinely interested in building a career in sales are preferred.

Important

This is a target-oriented sales role, not a purely desk-based marketing position.

Candidates should be comfortable with making calls, generating leads, following up, actively acquiring customers, must travel within Tamilnadu.
