Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Operations Head to manage and oversee the complete warehouse operations for our musical instruments and music retail business. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, inbound and outbound operations, dispatch, team management, stock accuracy, and smooth coordination with retail stores and management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations Management

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of musical instruments and accessories.
- Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper warehouse discipline, safety, and cleanliness.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Monitor stock shortages, excess stock, damages, and mismatches.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of musical instruments, audio equipment, and accessories.
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse and retail stores.

3. Dispatch & Logistics

- Plan and monitor daily dispatch activities.
- Ensure correct products, quantities, and documentation are dispatched.
- Coordinate with delivery teams, transporters, and retail stores.
- Track pending, delayed, and returned shipments.
- Minimize dispatch errors, damages, and delivery delays.

4. Team Management

- Supervise warehouse staff, including warehouse executives, pickers, packers,



and dispatch teams.
- Allocate daily work and monitor employee performance.
- Train staff on warehouse processes, stock handling, and company rules.
- Maintain attendance, productivity, and discipline of the warehouse team.

5. Quality Control & Product Handling

- Ensure musical instruments and audio equipment are handled carefully.
- Coordinate inspection of returned products and damaged items.
- Identify stock discrepancies and report issues to management.
- Ensure products are stored safely to prevent damage.

6. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Submit inventory, dispatch, shortage, damage, and stock movement reports.
- Coordinate with Retail, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and Management teams.
- Monitor warehouse expenses and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation of all warehouse activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer products.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and dispatch operations.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of musical instruments and audio equipment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
