CONCRETE PLANT HEAD – JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Operations
Location: RMC / Concrete Plant
Experience: 8–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall RMC/concrete plant operations and production.
- Ensure timely production and dispatch as per project requirements.
- Monitor concrete quality, raw material consumption, and wastage.
- Manage plant manpower, operators, drivers, and technicians.
- Coordinate plant maintenance and breakdown management.
- Control plant expenses including diesel, electricity, materials, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with customers, site teams, dispatch, quality, and purchase departments.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and compliance at the plant.
- Prepare daily production, dispatch, and plant performance reports.




- Ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Qualification & Skills

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. preferred.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in RMC, concrete, or construction industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of plant operations and MS Excel.
