- Multi-Stage Inspection: Perform detailed Incoming (IQC), In-Process (IPQC), First Article (FAI), and Final Quality Control (FQC) inspections using microscopes and automated inspection tools.
- Technical Documentation Review: Verify physical assemblies against engineering documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly drawings, schematic blueprints, and customer specifications.
- Defect Identification: Use high-power microscopes to audit fine-pitch surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components for solder joint integrity, component alignment, orientation, and cosmetic defects.
