About the Role

Kings Club is looking for a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Commi 1 – Continental to support the Continental Kitchen team. The role involves preparing and cooking Continental dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, presentation, and consistency.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare Continental dishes as per standard recipes and kitchen requirements.

Assist senior chefs during daily kitchen operations and service.

Prepare sauces, soups, salads, pasta, grills, and other Continental preparations.

Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen.Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Minimise food wastage through proper preparation and portion control.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.

1–3 years of experience in a Continental kitchen, hotel, restaurant, or premium club.

Good knowledge of Continental cooking and basic kitchen techniques.

Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and events.Good discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
