About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, sourcing talent primarily through LinkedIn, connecting with potential candidates, screening profiles, and conducting the first round of interviews.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment and understand the complete candidate-sourcing and initial screening process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant recruitment channels.
- Search for candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and location.
- Review resumes and LinkedIn profiles to identify suitable candidates.
- Reach out to potential candidates and communicate job opportunities professionally.
- Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct initial/first-round interviews to assess candidates' communication, experience, skills, and overall suitability.
- Shortlist qualified candidates and share recommendations with the hiring team.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the initial recruitment process.
- Meet daily/weekly sourcing and screening targets.
- Support the HR team with other recruitment-related activities when required.

Pay: ₹2,086.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
