Position: HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive
Location: North Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Details

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off

Eligibility

- Graduates – Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Valuable English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to build a career in Recruitment / HR

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, references and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment records
- Follow up with candidates until joining

Salary

Up to ₹2.25 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.
