Experience: 7- 10 years | Media / Digital Sales

At Whisper World, we’re building the future of In-Content Advertising (ICA) in India. We’re expanding our North team and looking for a passionate sales professional who wants to grow fast, work with top brands, and create real impact in the world of Media advertising.

What You’ll Do

- Drive revenue for our TV / OTT / Movies -led In-Content Advertising solutions.
- Manage and grow relationships with major media agencies & enterprise clients.
- Pitch smart, insight-led ICA solutions for upcoming campaigns.
- Identify new categories, new clients, and recent opportunities.
- Work with internal teams (Inventory, Ops, Research) to deliver seamless campaigns.
- Own end-to-end execution:



briefing → tracking → delivery → post-evals.
- Use data, insights & viewership trends to strengthen your pitches and negotiations.

What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years of experience in Ad Sales / Media Planning / Media Agency.
- Strong understanding of Media Sales and planning cycles.
- Experience working with agencies (GroupM, Publicis, Madison, etc.) is a big plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in YUMI, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and strong with follow-ups.
- Experience in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
