IT Project Manager EdTech Platform

- We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking, and self-driven IT Project Manager for our EdTech platform (www.quiztoo.com)
- The candidate will manage platform operations, projects, expert onboarding, and support.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote the platform.
- Identify and approach educators, trainers, and industry experts to offer courses.
- Explain the platform, benefits, requirements, and onboarding process to potential experts.
- Manage the complete onboarding process from initial contact to course launch.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with course experts.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to onboarded experts.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues faced by experts and users.
- Coordinate with the technical/development team to resolve complex issues.
- Act as the primary helpdesk/support contact for course experts.
- Track support requests, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate IT projects and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Test new features and identify bugs, usability issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Collect expert/user feedback and communicate requirements to the technical team.
- Assist with digital marketing, outreach, emails, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Robust problem-solving, organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities are required.
- Must be proactive, adaptable, energetic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in IT, EdTech, SaaS, project management, marketing, or customer support is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District)
