We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Team Lead to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of handling operational processes and Team Management.

Job Title: Operations Team Lead

Location: Kannammoola,Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
- Monitor team productivity and performance against defined KPIs and targets.
- Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve workflow and service delivery.




- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and performance metrics.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Operations, Team Management, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
