Relationship Manager – Architect Relations

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and relationship-oriented **Architect Relationship Manager** to build strong, long-term relationships with architects. The role will focus on architect engagement, onboarding new architects, project coordination, and supporting the sales team.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Build and maintain strong relationships with architects.

* Identify and approach current architects and onboard them with OKNA.

* Regularly schedule and attend meetings with architects to understand their requirements and upcoming projects.

* Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with architects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.

* Understand upcoming projects and identify potential business opportunities for OKNA.

* Coordinate with the sales team and act as a **bridge between architects and sales executives**.

* Ensure architect requirements and project details are properly communicated to the concerned salesperson.





* Follow up on leads and projects to ensure smooth coordination between the architect and sales team.

* Maintain an updated database of architects, meetings, leads, and follow-ups.

* Build a strong network of architects to generate continuous project opportunities.

*Requirements*

* 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, business development, sales, or a similar role.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident, presentable, and comfortable meeting architects and senior professionals.

* Strong follow-up, coordination, and networking abilities.

* Positive knowledge of WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

* Willingness to travel for architect meetings and visits. (Must have car or own vehicle)

* Experience in **building materials, windows & doors, architecture, interiors, real estate, or related industries** will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,229.81 - ₹60,157.46 per month
