Job Description
We are hiring experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable professionals with strong knowledge of finance and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice processing, validation, coding and posting
- Vendor bills, lease, Opex, expense and self-billing invoices
- Payment processing and payment proposal activities
- Cash application and allocation of incoming payments
- Handling unapplied and misapplied cash
- Bank, supplier, lease-ledger and sub-ledger reconciliations
- Ageing analysis and open-item reviews
- Accruals, prepayments and month-end closing activities
- Debit balance investigation and receivables adjustments
- Coordination with GL/RTR teams
- Ensure accuracy, SLA adherence and timely completion of financial transactions
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant AP/AR experience
- Full-time Graduation is mandatory
- Strong Finance & Accounting knowledge
- Good analytical and communication skills
- BPO / Shared Services / International process experience preferred
- Comfortable working in US rotational shifts
Shift & Benefits
- US Rotational Shift
- Shift window: 5:30 PM to 9:30 AM
- Any 9.5–10 hour shift within the applicable window
- 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Transportation facility provided
