- Operate robotic welding machines to perform welding tasks as per production requirements.
- Set up welding parameters, fixtures, and programs according to job specifications.
- Monitor welding cycles and ensure proper execution of automated processes.
- Inspect welded joints for accuracy, strength, and compliance with standards.
- Perform visual checks and use measuring instruments to verify weld quality.
- Report defects or deviations and take corrective actions promptly.
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of robotic welding equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or programming issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive servicing.
- Collaborate with supervisors and production teams to meet daily targets.
- Follow work instructions, safety guidelines,



and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in training helpers or current operators on robotic welding processes.
- Record production output, machine settings, and downtime incidents.
- Maintain logs of welding parameters and inspection results.
- Report daily progress to the supervisor or plant manager.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety standards and use of PPE.
- Follow fire safety and electrical safety protocols during welding operations.
- Comply with ISO/industry standards and company policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
