- Experience with refineries
- Multiple simultaneous projects experience
- Experience with standard project planning and execution, including:

- - Developing mechanical scope of work
- Preparing labor estimates
- Participation in schedule development
- Preparing staffing plans
- Execution
- - Assigning tasks to team members
- Managing labor budgets
- Schedule management
- Identifying scope deviations, preparing, and submitting

- - - Monitoring quality of deliverables
- Inter-discipline coordination
- Conflict resolution
- Mechanical equipment procurement, including RFQ, technical
