Position Title: Nursing Assistant

Location: Hitech Medicity, arayidathupalam, Kozhikode

Reports To: Registered Nursing Head

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality patient care and support healthcare staff in daily clinical activities. The ideal candidate will assist patients with personal care, monitor patient conditions, and help maintain a safe and comfortable healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration
- Support nurses and physicians during patient care procedures
- Maintain patient hygiene and comfort at all times
- Assist with transferring and positioning patients safely
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and medical equipment
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Follow infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations




- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families

Required Qualifications

- ANM/GDA/GNMcertification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or nursing home preferred
- Knowledge of patient care and hygiene practices
