Panel Saw Machine Operator – Interior

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Panel Saw Machine Operator to join our interior furniture production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating panel saw machines to accurately cut MDF, plywood, particle board, laminates, and other furniture/interior materials according to drawings and cutting lists.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and set up panel saw machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand cutting lists, technical drawings, and measurements.
- Accurately cut MDF, plywood, particle board, and other interior materials.
- Set cutting dimensions, blade settings, and machine parameters as required.
- Check panel dimensions and cutting quality before sending materials to the next production stage.
- Minimize material wastage through proper cutting and nesting practices.
- Identify basic machine issues and coordinate with maintenance staff when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.




- Follow company safety procedures and machine-operating guidelines.
- Coordinate with carpenters, production supervisors, and other workshop staff to meet production schedules.

Requirements

- Previous experience operating a panel saw machine in an interior, furniture, or carpentry workshop.
- Ability to read measurements and cutting drawings.
- Knowledge of MDF, plywood, particle board, and laminate materials.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of workplace and machine safety procedures.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
