JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring the smooth implementation of company policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Post job vacancies on relevant recruitment portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
2. HR Operations & Employee Records
- Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance records, and HR documentation.
- Prepare and issue appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and regularization requests.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing and payroll-related inputs.
- Assist in managing employee benefits, statutory documentation, and other HR-related requirements.
4. Employee Engagement & Support
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and company procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations,
and internal communication.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns in coordination with management.
5. HR Policies & Compliance
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR processes are aligned with company guidelines and applicable statutory requirements.
- Support documentation and coordination related to compliance, audits, and inspections, as required.
6. HR Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, employee movements, and other HR activities.
- Maintain HR trackers and databases.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes, employee documentation, and HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
