K.T. Finance is looking for a dependable and technology-capable new employee who can support our office, technology and loan operations.

As a current employee, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with loan applications and enquiries
- Processing loans according to company procedures
- Preparing loan documents and maintaining accurate customer records
- Recording repayments, interest and other transactions
- Following up with customers regarding payments
- Supporting general office and administrative work
- Using Excel, Microsoft Office and online business tools
- Maintaining digital files and improving office processes
- Setting up and troubleshooting computers, printers and software
- Helping with websites, social media, AI tools and other technology projects

Who should apply:

- Comfortable with computers and willing to learn new technology
- Organized, accurate, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities




- Able to communicate well in Tamil and English
- Trustworthy and responsible when handling money and customer information
- Basic knowledge of Excel, documents and digital recordkeeping
- Graduates and capable freshers are welcome to apply
- Training will be provided for our loan processes

This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn, take responsibility, and grow with K.T. Finance.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
