We're looking for someone who can spot a business problem, figure out how AI can solve it, and build the solution.

You'll work directly with founders and clients to redesign processes, build AI-powered workflows, automate repetitive work, and turn ideas into working products.

What you'll do

- Build AI solutions to real business problems
- Create agents, automations, copilots, and internal tools
- Improve and redesign business processes
- Prototype quickly and ship rapid
- Work directly with CXOs and business leaders

What we're looking for

- MBA or equivalent business education
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- Comfortable with technology and coding - Not just Vibe - GitHub account?
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Curious, hands-on, and self-driven

Bonus Points

- Experience with AI, GenAI,



automation, or agentic workflows on Microsoft Copilot or Power Platform
- Exposure to cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or business process improvement
