We are a growing consumer electronics company NIKASHI engaged in the sales and distribution of TVs, Washing Machines, Washers, Soundbars, Induction Cooktops, and other consumer electronic products across South India.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to take complete ownership of our warehouse operations, including inventory, dispatches, manpower, packing materials, branding , and overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
- Take complete responsibility for inventory management, stock accuracy, inward and outward processes, and stock reconciliation.
- Plan and coordinate dispatches and deliveries to distributors, dealers, customers, and other locations.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, packing, storage, and handling of products.
- Manage warehouse manpower, including allocation of work, attendance, productivity, discipline, and performance.
- Maintain adequate stocks of packing materials, Spare parts ,accessories, labels, cartons, and other consumables.
- Manage branding and marketing materials stored at the warehouse and ensure proper issuance and records.
- Implement proper FIFO/FEFO and systematic storage practices wherever applicable.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure products are stored safely and warehouse space is utilized efficiently.
- Monitor damages, shortages, returns, replacements,



and defective products.
- Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse processes.
- Identify operational issues and continuously improve cost, productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.
- Manage relationships with transporters and other warehouse-related vendors.
- Monitor and plan vehicle allocation for daily dispatches based on delivery requirements and optimize vehicle utilization. Ensure all company vehicles are serviced and maintained on time, and coordinate necessary repairs and breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and avoid disruption to dispatch operations.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Diploma with 5+ years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, appliances, or a similar industry.
- Strong experience in inventory control and warehouse management.
- Experience handling large and bulky products such as TVs and washing machines will be an advantage.
- Good manpower handling and leadership skills.
- Robust understanding of dispatch planning, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.
- Comfortable working with MS Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Should be hands-on, disciplined, accountable, and process-oriented.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and growing organization.
