Job Title: Primary Teacher (PRT) - Hindi

Qualifications:* B.A/M.A in Hindi + B.Ed , * Knowledge of ICT , * Valuable Communication Skills & Fluency in English too

Core Purpose:To develop a high level of proficiency in Hindi language, focusing on correct pronunciation (Ucharan), creative expression and appreciation for Hindi literature and culture.

Key Responsibilities: * Teach Hindi grammar (Vyakaran), vocabulary and literature through engaging methods. * Conduct "Hasya Kavi Sammelans," debate, and recitation (Kavita Path) competitions. * Improve students' handwriting (Sulekh) and creative writing skills in Devanagari script. * Bridge the gap between conversational Hindi and formal academic Hindi.

Subject Competencies:* Excellent command over Hindi Vyakaran and Sahitya. * Mastery of Phonetics to ensure students develop correct pronunciation and diction. * Ability to use multimedia tools (Hindi audio-visuals) to make language learning fun.
