Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned client requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databasesScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Required Candidate profile
Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Recruiter
Valuable knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Fresher isalso preferable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local languages if required).
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment software.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
