We are looking for an experienced Marine HVAC Technician to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems onboard vessels and in shipyards.

- Install, commission, maintain, and repair marine HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Carry out troubleshooting of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, fans, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
- Perform refrigerant charging, recovery, leak detection, and system evacuation.
- Carry out pressure testing, vacuum testing, and performance checks.
- Read and interpret HVAC P&IDs;, piping layouts, electrical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Perform ducting, piping, insulation, and HVAC equipment installation work.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on marine HVAC systems.
- Support HVAC commissioning, testing, and sea-trial activities.
- Ensure HVAC systems meet vessel specifications, class requirements, and applicable safety standards.
- Coordinate with shipyard teams, engineers, subcontractors, and vessel crew.
- Maintain service reports, inspection records,



and maintenance documentation.
- Follow all shipyard and vessel safety procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–8 years of relevant marine HVAC experience preferred.
- Experience working onboard ships, offshore vessels, shipyards, or marine projects.
- Good knowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC controls.
- Experience with R134a, R404A, R407C, R410A or other commonly used refrigerants is an advantage.
- Ability to use HVAC testing and diagnostic instruments.
- Valuable understanding of electrical wiring, motors, contactors, sensors, and control systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a marine/shipyard team.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
