Job Summary : CLIENT LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT - SCCM

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Administer and manage Microsoft SCCM/MECM infrastructure. Perform endpoint provisioning, onboarding, and decommissioning. Manage Windows OS deployment, imaging, and task sequences. Deploy software applications, updates, and security patches. Create and maintain application packages and deployment policies. Monitor device compliance, health, and inventory. Manage endpoint lifecycle activities across desktops, laptops, and virtual devices. Troubleshoot SCCM client, distribution point, and deployment issues. Configure and maintain device collections and reporting. Support operating system upgrades and migration projects. Implement endpoint security and compliance standards. Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell. Generate asset, compliance, and deployment reports. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and desktop support teams.



Manage incidents, service requests, and change activities. Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
