Job Title: Kitchen Order Taker

Department: Food & Beverage / Kitchen
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / F&B; Supervisor

Job Summary:
Responsible for accurately receiving and processing guest food orders through online and offline channels, coordinating with the kitchen and restaurant team, and ensuring timely order preparation and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and record online, phone, and in-house food orders accurately.
- Enter orders into the POS/order management system.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for order preparation and status updates.
- Ensure correct communication of guest requirements, modifications, and special requests.
- Monitor order timing and follow up on delayed orders.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff, delivery partners, and guests when required.
- Prepare or coordinate billing and ensure order details are accurate.
- Handle guest queries related to orders, availability, and estimated preparation time.




- Maintain proper records of orders, cancellations, and special requests.
- Follow hotel standards for hygiene, grooming, guest service, and communication.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the restaurant, kitchen, and billing team.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 12th Pass / Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in order taking, F&B;, restaurant, or hotel operations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Accurate typing and order-entry skills.
- Customer-service oriented and well-groomed.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
