Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning: Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule technicians, electricians, mechanics, and external contractors.
- Budget Management: Estimate and manage annual capital (CAPEX) and operational (OPEX) maintenance budgets.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, environmental laws, and OSHA or local statutory standards.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate third-party vendors, negotiate service contracts, and oversee service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 15+ years of plant, facility, or industrial maintenance experience depending on company scale.
- Technical Skills:



Deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical grids, mechanical systems, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, root-cause problem solving, and cross-department communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
