Job Title: Feed Mill Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily feed mill production and operations.
- Plan production according to feed requirements and schedules.
- Monitor raw material receiving, storage, and inventory.
- Ensure proper feed formulation, mixing, grinding, and processing.
- Maintain feed quality and production standards.
- Supervise feed mill workers and assign daily duties.
- Monitor machinery and coordinate maintenance/repairs.
- Maintain production, stock, and wastage records.
- Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with purchase, poultry farm, quality, and management teams.
- Control production costs and minimize material wastage.

Requirements:

- Experience in poultry feed mill operations preferred.
- Knowledge of feed production processes and machinery.
- Positive team-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain production and inventory records.
- Willingness to work in a poultry/feed mill environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
