Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to manage daily hotel/facility operations, client handling, staff coordination and service quality.

Candidates with experience as Hotel Manager, Facility Manager, Service Manager, Center Manager or Operations Manager are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily hotel/facility operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle clients/guests, queries, complaints and service requirements.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and service quality.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security and support staff.
- Manage staff duties, attendance, schedules and performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor inventory, maintenance and operational expenses.
- Maintain daily reports,



records and documentation.
- Conduct regular property inspections and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure company policies, safety and service standards are followed.

Eligibility
