Position: Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 Years
1. Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employees' communication, interpersonal, behavioural and skilled skills.
The trainer will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, developing training content, conducting interactive sessions, evaluating training effectiveness and supporting employees in their overall professional development.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
