About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage the complete day-to-day HR operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling employee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, recruitment coordination, employee records, HR documentation, workplace discipline, transportation coordination, employee engagement, and other HR-related administrative responsibilities.
The HR Manager will act as a key point of contact between employees, management, team leaders, and other departments while ensuring that company policies and HR processes are properly implemented.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily HR Operations
- Manage and monitor day-to-day HR activities and employee-related requirements.
- Maintain daily HR task updates and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Handle employee queries, concerns, requests, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, Managers, and Management regarding employee-related matters.
- Maintain proper HR records and documentation.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain and monitor daily employee attendance.
- Manage leave applications, weekly offs, late arrivals, early departures, half-days, and absenteeism.
- Verify attendance discrepancies and coordinate with Team Leaders for corrections.
- Monitor leave balances and maintain accurate leave records.
- Ensure compliance with company attendance and leave policies.
3. Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Manage job postings on recruitment platforms such as Indeed and other relevant portals.
- Review and shortlist CVs according to job requirements.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Create and organize candidate folders according to designation.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and management.
- Maintain recruitment status and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.
4. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee personal and employment records.
- Prepare and maintain appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, salary-related documents, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee files and ensure all required documents are properly organized.
- Keep HR databases, spreadsheets, and Google Drive records updated.
5. Payroll & Salary Coordination
- Coordinate monthly payroll preparation with management/accounts.
- Verify attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, salary revisions, and other payroll inputs.
- Maintain salary sheets and ensure employee salary-related information is accurate.
- Coordinate with employees regarding salary-related queries.
- Maintain records of incentives, increments, deductions, and pending salary adjustments.
6. Employee Discipline & Policy Implementation
- Ensure employees follow company rules, policies, attendance requirements, and workplace standards.
- Address disciplinary issues professionally and fairly.
- Issue warnings or notices when required as per company policy.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Management regarding repeated attendance, behavioural, or performance-related concerns.
- Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly to employees.
7. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Conduct HR discussions and one-to-one meetings when required.
- Maintain professional communication between employees and management.
- Support employee retention and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
8. Transportation / Cab Coordination
- Maintain daily cab/transportation records and schedules.
- Coordinate employee pick-up and drop requirements.
- Monitor cab timings, routes, drivers, and transportation-related issues.
- Address employee complaints regarding transportation and coordinate with the concerned service provider.
9. HR Administration & Expenses
- Maintain HR-related expense records and supporting documents.
- Track office/HR requirements and coordinate necessary arrangements.
- Maintain HR trackers, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure HR-related administrative work is completed accurately and on time.
10. Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, birthdays, work anniversaries, and company events.
- Coordinate employee activities and maintain participation records.
- Support initiatives that improve employee morale and workplace engagement.
11. Management Reporting
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Provide updates on attendance, recruitment, employee strength, attrition, leave, discipline, and other HR activities.
- Highlight important employee-related concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR dashboards and trackers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee management.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave, payroll coordination, recruitment, and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / Google Drive.
- Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
