Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MongoDB Database Developer to design, develop, optimize, and maintain scalable NoSQL database solutions, with strong expertise in database development, administration, performance tuning, and high-availability configurations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement MongoDB data models, collections, and schemas.
- Develop and optimize queries, aggregation pipelines, and indexes.
- Configure and maintain replica sets, sharded clusters, and high-availability environments.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
- Support data migration, ingestion, and integration activities.
- Ensure database security, access control, and compliance.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams.
- Maintain technical documentation.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB architecture, database development, and administration.
- Proficiency in MongoDB Query Language (MQL), CRUD operations, and Aggregation Framework.
- Expertise in data modeling, indexing strategies, query optimization,



and performance tuning.
- Experience with replication, sharding, cluster configuration, and high-availability solutions.
- Knowledge of MongoDB Atlas and/or MongoDB Enterprise deployments.
- Experience with database backup, restoration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and scripting for database administration.
- Understanding of database security, authentication, authorization, and access control.

Qualification

B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
