Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair diesel/LPG forklift engines and mechanical systems.
- Perform engine overhauling, dismantling, assembly and testing.
- Inspect and repair engine, transmission, differential, hydraulic and braking systems.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance as per service schedules.
- Identify engine problems such as abnormal noise, overheating, smoke, low power, oil consumption and starting issues.
- Check and replace engine components including pistons, rings, liners, bearings, valves, gaskets, seals, belts and filters.
- Troubleshoot fuel-system and cooling-system problems.
- Perform clutch, gearbox, differential and drivetrain repairs.
- Check hydraulic systems, hydraulic pumps, cylinders, hoses and related components.
- Use workshop tools and diagnostic equipment correctly.




- Conduct machine testing after repair and ensure the forklift is safe for operation.
- Prepare accurate job cards, inspection reports and repair reports.
- Inform the Workshop Supervisor about major repairs, additional parts and estimated repair requirements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S, safety and workshop SOPs.
- Ensure tools, equipment and spare parts are properly handled and maintained.
- Support field service/breakdown teams whenever required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
