About Ride.Rent

Ride.Rent is a vehicle rental marketplace connecting customers with vehicle suppliers across multiple operating regions. The platform enables vehicle owners, rental companies, and fleet operators to list their vehicles, receive booking opportunities, communicate with customers, and grow their rental business through the platform.

We are looking for an Account Executive to build and manage relationships with vehicle suppliers and guide them through the complete Ride.Rent onboarding journey.

This role will involve reaching out to suppliers, explaining Ride.Rent's services and benefits, assisting them with registration, providing platform orientation, coordinating documentation and listing requirements, and ensuring that suppliers successfully complete the onboarding process.

- Supplier Outreach: Contact potential vehicle suppliers and rental businesses across Ride.Rent’s operating regions through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Service Presentation: Explain Ride.Rent’s platform, services, booking opportunities, processes, and advantages available to suppliers.
- Supplier Engagement: Understand supplier requirements, address queries, overcome concerns, and encourage suitable suppliers to join the platform.




- Onboarding Management: Manage the complete supplier onboarding process from initial registration to successful completion.
- Platform Orientation: Guide suppliers on account registration, vehicle listing, pricing, availability, bookings, customer communication, and platform usage.
- Documentation & Verification: Assist suppliers in completing required information, documentation, vehicle details, and other onboarding requirements.
- Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with suppliers to complete pending registration, documentation, listing, and activation steps.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a professional relationship with suppliers and act as their primary point of contact throughout the onboarding journey.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with Operations, Support, Technical, Finance, and other teams to resolve supplier issues and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Activation & Reporting: Ensure suppliers are fully onboarded and ready to operate on Ride.Rent, while maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting onboarding progress.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
