Position: Kannada Teacher

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Kannada Teacher who can create an engaging learning environment and help students develop strong Kannada language, reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective Kannada lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Teach Kannada language, grammar, literature, reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and other learning resources.
- Use creative and interactive teaching methods to make Kannada learning engaging.
- Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Support students who require additional academic assistance.
- Encourage students to participate in Kannada-related activities, competitions, cultural programmes, and events.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with coordinators, teachers, and parents regarding students' academic development.
- Participate actively in school meetings, training programmes, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Follow all academic, administrative,



child-safety, and school policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kannada / relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred/required as applicable to the position.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputed school is preferred.
- Strong command of Kannada language and grammar.
- Valuable communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to use technology and digital teaching resources effectively.
