We are hiring for Franchise Manager - Sales for North Region

- Drive franchise sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual expansion targets across the assigned region.
- Identify high-potential markets, territories, and locations for franchise expansion.
- Conduct franchise presentations, business meetings, and investor discussions to convert leads into franchise partners.
- Support new centers during the initial enrollment phase to ensure successful business launch.
- Develop and execute regional expansion strategies based on market opportunities and business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify potential investors to build a strong franchise pipeline.
- Drive local center marketing (BTL) initiatives to support franchise development and admissions.
- Manage franchise sales leads through CRM, conduct follow-ups, discovery calls, and maintain accurate sales pipelines.
- Monitor center enrollment performance and provide regular lead conversion updates.
- Evaluate prospective franchise partners based on financial capability,



business profile, and investment potential.
- Assess site feasibility and location viability, and recommend suitable franchise opportunities for approval.
- Identify underperforming centers and recommend strategies to improve enrollment and business performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate franchise onboarding and facilitate a seamless handover to the Operations team.
- Prepare sales plans, track regional performance, forecast closures, and submit periodic MIS reports.
- Monitor key business and center performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure successful lead generation, franchise onboarding, and agreement execution.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
