About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Packing Executive to join our team at Bigsams. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in packing operations, preferably in the FMCG, seafood, food processing, or related industry.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, hygienic, and timely packing of products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day packing activities as per production and dispatch requirements.
- Ensure proper weighing, packing, sealing, labelling, and batch identification of products.
- Follow prescribed packing methods and maintain product quality and hygiene standards.
- Ensure the correct quantity and product is packed as per order/dispatch requirements.
- Check packaging materials and maintain adequate stock for daily operations.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper records of packing quantities, production output, wastage, and other required details.




- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Identify and report damaged packaging, quality issues, or discrepancies to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the packing area.
- Minimize product and packaging material wastage.
- Support inventory and dispatch activities whenever required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in packing operations.
- Candidates from FMCG, Seafood, Food Processing, Meat, or related industries will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of packing, weighing, labelling, and dispatch processes.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Should be punctual, disciplined, and physically fit for packing operations.
- Positive teamwork and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
