Role Overview

We are looking for an IAM Identity Security Associate with hands-on Saviynt experience to support the implementation and configuration of Identity Governance and Administration solutions. The role involves Saviynt configuration, enterprise application integrations, access governance, workflow development, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure Saviynt for identity lifecycle, access governance, role management, and compliance.
- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, UKG, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, and custom applications.
- Develop and configure workflows, business rules, reports, and access-related processes.
- Configure access reviews, Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, and compliance reporting.




- Troubleshoot Saviynt configurations, connectors, and integration issues.
- Work with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver IAM solutions.

Requirements & Key Skills

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IAM/IGA, with hands-on Saviynt implementation and configuration experience.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and access certifications.
- Experience with Saviynt workflows, connectors, reports, and configurations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, or similar integration protocols.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
