Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
- Work on hiring for IT and Non-IT roles.




- Assist with daily HR and recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Who Can Apply?

- Students pursuing MBA, PGDM, BBA, or HR-related courses.
- Freshers interested in HR and Recruitment.
- Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated individuals comfortable working remotely.
- Candidates available for 5–6 hours per day.
