Job Description

- Manage day-to-day operations across all domestic and international e-commerce marketplaces.
- Manage marketplace seller panels and ensure that all platforms are functioning smoothly.
- Regularly monitor account health, orders, listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, notifications and marketplace alerts.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers, support teams and representatives whenever required.
- Raise and follow up on tickets, issues and escalations until proper resolution.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective action proactively.
- Ensure marketplace policies, processes and operational requirements are followed.
- Create and manage product listings across different marketplaces.
- Upload product titles, descriptions,



specifications, images, attributes, pricing, tax information, HSN codes and other required information.
- Manage listing updates, corrections, categorization and content optimization.
- Monitor listing status and identify inactive, suppressed, blocked or incorrectly listed products.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product information, images and documentation wherever required.
- Manage Amazon USA listings and other international marketplace catalogs.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
