Job Summary

Role Title: SAP S/4HANA / ECC – Order to Cash (OTC) Lead
Skill Requirement:
Strong functional expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes
Hands-on experience in both SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments
Ability to lead end-to-end OTC cycle including:
Order management
Pricing & billing
Credit management
Accounts receivable
Experience in driving business process improvements and transformations
Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills

Role Expectations:
Lead OTC track for SAP programs (implementation / rollout / support)
Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and solutions
Provide functional guidance to offshore/onshore teams
Support integrations and cross-module dependencies
Drive issue resolution and process optimization

Prior experience in similar large enterprise environments preferred
Strong communication is critical (client-facing role)
