We are looking for an experienced Chemical Operator for our Paint Shop / Powder Coating process. The candidate should have practical experience in chemical testing, pretreatment processes, and chemical bath monitoring.

Required Experience:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Practical experience in chemical testing and pretreatment processes related to powder coating.
- Candidates from Paint Shop, Powder Coating, Pretreatment, or Plating Shop backgrounds will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills:

- pH Testing: Conduct pH testing and monitor chemical bath parameters.
- Total Acid (TA) / Free Acid (FA) Testing: Perform TA and FA testing as per process requirements.
- Chemical Concentration Analysis: Monitor and maintain the required chemical concentration.
- Conductivity Testing: Check and monitor conductivity levels in process baths and rinse water.
- Bath Temperature Monitoring: Monitor and maintain chemical bath temperature within specified parameters.




- Pretreatment Chemical Bath Control & Maintenance: Ensure proper chemical bath control, replenishment, and maintenance.
- Rinse Water Quality Monitoring: Monitor rinse water quality to support effective pretreatment.
- Process Parameter Knowledge: Basic understanding of powder coating pretreatment processes and chemical process parameters.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in powder coating pretreatment and chemical bath management.
- Knowledge of chemical testing equipment and standard testing procedures.
- Ability to maintain process records and identify deviations in chemical parameters.
- Understanding of safety practices while handling industrial chemicals.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
